How do I request a name preference? Remove? Edit?
亚洲自慰视频s can add, revise, or remove their name preference by completing the (Under the Records header). Once the form is processed, 亚洲自慰视频s will receive an email notification of the change.
If I complete a name preference request, will it appear across all of the 亚洲自慰视频's systems?
At this time, certain systems and legal limitations prevent us from displaying a 亚洲自慰视频's name preference on ALL systems used by 亚洲自慰视频s, faculty, and staff. The 亚洲自慰视频 is committed in utilizing a 亚洲自慰视频's name preference in as many areas as possible. We are actively working on implementing the usage across our many platforms. Keep in mind, legally there are certain areas in which we are not able to utilize a name preference. A comprehensive list of updated systems may be found here.
Can I change my last or middle name?
Name preference is only to be utilized for the first name field. A middle or last name cannot be altered.

At this time, individuals who are both 亚洲自慰视频s and also have an appointment with the 亚洲自慰视频 must follow all legal requirements for employment. Those who are 亚洲自慰视频 employees, TAs, or GAs should contact Human Resources.
