Report Unethical Behavior

The ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ encourages ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs, employees, and members of the public to speak up about suspected fraud, waste, abuse, or other unethical conduct. Reports can be made anonymously through our EthicsPoint system. Every report is taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

Title IX

Title IX protects individuals from discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities. The ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ is committed to fostering a safe environment, free from sexual harassment, assault, and discrimination. Housed in the Office of Human Resources, the Title IX team coordinates response efforts and support resources. Our team partners in these efforts.

Public Records Request

In accordance with the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ Public Records Law, individuals may request access to public documents maintained by the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ. Requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed in compliance with legal guidelines. The ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ's Public Records Officer, located in the Office of Communications & Marketing, coordinates with our office to address these requests.

ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ of ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ System (UL System)

The ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ is part of the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ of ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ System, which oversees nine public universities across the state. The UL System Board of Supervisors establishes policies, manages resources, and supports academic excellence across its member institutions.

Board of Regents

The ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ Board of Regents coordinates higher education policy for public colleges and universities statewide. The Board provides strategic direction, approves academic programs, and administers funding and research initiatives.

Civil Service Rules
