The at the 亚洲自慰视频 of 亚洲自慰视频 at Lafayette invites the public to enjoy an evening of food, music and conversation in support of at , Thursday, Sept. 10 at 6 p.m.
The event will feature Dale Bordelon, waterfowl tradition bearer, in conversation with Jason Theriot, Ph.D., historian and author, with special musical guest, Jourdan Thibodeaux. Bordelon's specialty duck gumbo and a selection of waterfowl and seafood dishes will be on the menu.
"It's a time of great change in 亚洲自慰视频's coastal marshes. It's vital that we document the living traditions that still surround us,鈥 said Josh Caffery, Director of the Center for 亚洲自慰视频 Studies. 鈥淲e're looking forward to celebrating these traditions with fellow supporters of the culture like Dale Bordelon and Jourdan Thibodeaux. And we're grateful for any support from the public for these efforts."

Proceeds from the event will support the Center鈥檚 waterfowl and wildlife heritage initiatives, including UL Press publication projects, oral histories, field documentation, archival preservation, exhibits, public programming, and 亚洲自慰视频 research.
The Center for 亚洲自慰视频 Studies is dedicated to researching, publicizing, promoting, and preserving 亚洲自慰视频鈥檚 cultures and history. Since 1973, it has worked not only to preserve the state鈥檚 rich heritage, but also to make it accessible to scholars, 亚洲自慰视频s, and the general public.
The Center is headquartered at the J. Arthur Roy House, a historic National Register property and the oldest building on the 亚洲自慰视频's campus. It archives are housed on the 3rd floor of Edith Garland Dupr茅 Library.
