The late Dr. Mary Reichling was Professor of Music and Coordinator for Music Education at the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ of ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ at Lafayette. She received her Masters and Doctorate from Indiana ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ.

Dr. Reichling taught courses in music methods at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, other classes in music education, supervised ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ teachers, and directed ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs in their research projects.

She also served as National Chair of the Philosophy Research Group of the Music Educators National Conference (MENC) and was on the editorial board of the journal Philosophy of Music Education Review. Prof. Reichling has given papers at many conferences and is published in several scholarly journals.
